All orders are packaged within 1–3 business days 

During product launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 2–10 business days
• United States: 4–12 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Pastel Sun is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

If your package appears lost, please contact us at support@pastelsun.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Pastel Sun is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If an order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment.
